MANUAL THERAPY
Uses an in-depth understanding of how multiple movement systems work independently and together. Our FCAMPT certified physiotherapists provide highly skilled, precise hands-on techniques to identify and address the root cause of your problem.

EXERCISE
Manual therapy combined with simple, targeted exercise has been shown to provide greater benefits than either intervention alone.

ACTIVE RELEASE
(ART) is a hands-on treatment that involves lengthening the tissue at fault, breaking up adhesions, reducing tension, and improving blood flow. Like manual therapy, ART gets supplemented with exercises to maintain gained improvements.

DRY NEEDLING
A minimally invasive technique using fine needles targeting the muscle’s trigger points with the aim of reducing muscle tension and improving flexibility and local circulation.

ACUPUNCTURE
Involves the insertion of fine needles at specific points to modulate pain, inflammation and promote pain relief while supporting the body’s natural healing response.

PELVIC HEALTH
Manual therapy combined with simple, targeted exercise has been shown to provide greater benefits than either intervention alone.

JOINT REPLACEMENT MANAGEMENT
Optimizing strength and mobility to prepare you for your upcoming knee or hip replacement and support your recovery after surgery, helping you manage pain and swelling while gradually improving strength, mobility and function so you can return to your daily activities.

ONCOLOGY REHABILITATION
Helps manage physical problems caused by cancer or its treatment; focusing on improving strength, mobility and balance while managing pain, fatigue, weakness, and swelling (lymphedema).
